In preparation for the new school year, I have been making notes of ideas for new systems to keep our work moving and be smart about it.
I use a big piece of card stock paper for a bookmark when I read. I make some notes of things that stick out to me, so that I can remember them the next day. Yes, I am getting old. It helps me if I put the book down for a few weeks, I can pick up and remember what I was reading.
I was thinking, why not make a bookmark for the kids for their summer reading so they can keep track of the info for their book reports!
